All Ireland Na Fianna Light Contact Championships

Welcome to the Na Fianna Light Contact Championships!

This event is open to juniors and seniors aged 8 years and up and will be held in Athlone, Co. Westmeath (the Heart of Ireland). Registration begins at 10 a.m., with the first fight scheduled for 11 a.m. Please ensure that participants have full control over their power to avoid disqualifications, as this is a light contact competition.

The tournament is organized into age categories with three divisions:

1. **Grand Champions Division**: This is an elimination-style competition where fighters compete for bronze, silver, and gold medals. Winners will have the option to purchase championship title belts on the day. All kicks and punches must be controlled.

2. **Double Glory Division**: This division is for complete beginners. If you have shy or nervous students, rest assured that the competition will be kept light and controlled. Both fighters will have their hands raised at the final bell as double glory champions.

3. **Speed & Power Board Breaking Championships**: In this exciting division, all fighters get to showcase their techniques by attempting to break different levels of boards. The competition is based on a point system, making it fun and enjoyable to watch. It's divided into age groups to ensure fairness and excitement for all participants.

We anticipate a fantastic day for clubs, students, parents, and spectators. Please note that registration will not be accepted on the day of the event. Payment must be made through Kihapp:

- €15 per competitor
- €10 per spectator
